Tabata Bootcamp™ is an 8-week program that will help you get into the best shape of your life! This program combines the effectiveness of bootcamp fitness with the hottest trend today...High Intensity Interval Training. Tabata Bootcamp™ is specifically formulated for every fitness level, from beginner to advanced. We offer group support in a small group training environment to keep you motivated, as well as provide the tools to help you make real changes in your lifestyle, eating habits, and fitness. You will also have 24/7 website access to track your progress and interact with your trainer and fellow bootcampers. Get ready to sweat, and succeed with results you can see and feel – inside and out!
Program Details:
· Tuesdays and Thursdays, January 6th through February 26th, 2015
· 7-8pm, 8 weeks (16 classes including orientation) for $150, plus $9.99 for 2 month Tabata Bootcamp™ website access.
· Orientation session (perform initial fitness assessments, meet fellow bootcampers, review nutritional tips, do a short introductory workout)
· 2 bootcamp workouts per week. Workouts are designed to fit every level, and two or three modifications will be offered for you to choose from based on where you are at the moment.
· Metabolic profiling and ongoing feedback from your trainer on how to boost your metabolism all day.
· 6-minute daily homework workout designed to create a caloric "afterburn" all day long, and get you in the right mindset for staying fit and healthy. Ever class is designed to be a full body strength and cardio workout.
· Access to our specially designed web portal in which you get your own personal page to access the daily homework, healthy recipes, and blog, as well as to help track your nutrition, measurements and assessments. This portal also includes a community board where you can interact with fellow bootcamp students, share successes and challenges, and cheer each other on even when we aren’t at bootcamp. When you register, you will be invited via email to register for the web portal ($9.99 for two month access).
· Bi-weekly fitness assessments.
